Bentuk dan Fungsi Deiksis Channel YouTube Najwa Shihab “Susahnya Jadi Perempuan” Tayangan November 2021 (Kajian Pragmatik)

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendekripsikan bentuk dan fungsi deiksis pada channel YouTube Najwa Shihab “Susahnya jadi perempuan” ditayangkan November 2021 dengan rincian: (1) Mendeskripsikan bentuk dan fungsi deiksis persona; (2) Mendeskripsikan bentuk dan fungsi deiksis tempat; dan (3) Mendeskripsikan bentuk dan fungsi deiksis waktu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan yaitu bentuk deiksis persona yang dikategorikan dalam deiksis persona I, II dan II. Adapun deiksis tempat dengan ditunjukkan kata di rumah, di dapur, di klinik, di Korea, di Indonesia, disana, di satu ruangan, di sebuah pesta, dan kata sana. Kemudian dieksis waktu yang ditunjukkan dengan kata sekarang, detik ini, hari ini, kemarin, 5 tahun pertama, jam 2 pagi, 10 tahun yang lalu setahun terakhir, 5 tahun yang lalu, dulu, suatu hari, baru saja, tadi, pagi tiba, dan 24 jam. Mengenai fungsi deiksis dalam penelitian yaitu fungsi emotif, fungsi referensial, dan fungsi konatif. Dalam sebuah tuturan dipengaruhi oleh siapa, kapan, dimana pembicaraan tersebut terjadi. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam industri media yang meliputi pengembangan penggunaan wacana lisan dan tulisan yang mudah dipahami publik. Pada bidang akademik, penelitian ini berkontribusi sebagai model dalam pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara atau public speaking. Penelitian ke depan dapat diperluas pada penyiar-penyiar yang berada di media lain, baik di YouTube maupun di televisi.
