Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK) di SMP Negeri 2 Tombatu. Melalui metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengambilan informasi melalui wawancara dengan narasumber terkait yaitu panitia pelaksana ANBK 2023 di SMP N 2 Tombatu dan observasi, temuan penelitian mengidentifikasi dua tipe hambatan utama, yaitu hambatan teknis dan non-teknis. Hambatan teknis melibatkan masalah perangkat keras, konektivitas, dan infrastruktur TIK, sementara hambatan non-teknis melibatkan kesiapan guru dan siswa, resistensi terhadap perubahan, serta ketidaksetaraan akses perangkat.
